Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We accept refunds for defective products or incorrect sizes, but you must upload a video of the unboxing process for verification. The return and exchange period for online purchases is valid for up to 7 days from the date of purchase and it must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed. 

Flyman Nathalie reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not meet the requirements of our return or exchange policy.
